Service Description
Riding requires balance, coordination, and being able to give small cues to the horse. We need to be able to move one part of our body without that movement changing everything else. We need to be strong and mobile. Going beyond the mat, we will work to build a stronger mind-body connection, while focusing on the strength and balance we need to be confident equine partners. Combining yoga and horsemanship can enhance a rider’s awareness, flexibility and balance.
